1. The 30-Night Guarantee
You may request a refund at any time within 30 days of the delivery date if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
We encourage consistent use for best results, but you are not required to use the product for the full 30 days to be eligible for a refund.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund under the 30-Night Guarantee:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must have been purchased directly from velunasleep.com.
- Only one refund per customer or household is permitted.
- Subscription orders are eligible only for the first order.
Refunds are not available for:
- Orders placed through third-party retailers or marketplaces
- Products marked as final sale
- Free gifts or promotional items

5. Subscription Cancellation
Receiving a refund does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
