Sleep Formula is a botanical evening blend with a deliberately low 2 mg dose of melatonin to support your natural sleep-wake signal. Sleep Strips are fast-dissolving oral strips with 1 mg melatonin plus valerian, lavender, chamomile and hibiscus, designed for occasional nights rather than nightly use.

The two are different formulas. A strip is not half a serving of Sleep Formula, and they are not meant to be swapped for each other.

There is no official definition. Products sold in the US commonly range from 1 mg to 10 mg or more per serving. Veluna uses 1 mg and 2 mg.

Is there a dissolvable melatonin?

Yes. Sleep Strips dissolve on the tongue and need no water. Each strip has 1 mg of melatonin, and a tin holds 30 strips. They are raspberry flavoured.

Where are the strips made?

Sleep Strips are manufactured in India. Sleep Formula is manufactured in the USA. Both are third-party tested.
