How to choose hair, skin and nails vitamins
- Look at the biotin amount. Biotin is the headline ingredient in most formulas. Ours lists 6,000 mcg per two gummies, on the label, not hidden in a blend.
- Check the gummy base and allergens. Ours use pectin rather than gelatin, and contain a small amount of fish collagen and coconut, so they are not vegan.
- For collagen, look at grams per serving. Our powder provides 20 g of collagen peptides per two scoops. It provides glycine and collagen peptides, which support the body's normal repair processes.
High-dose biotin can interfere with some laboratory blood tests. Tell your doctor you take biotin before any bloodwork, as the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements advises. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking prescription medication, talk to a healthcare professional first.

How many gummies are in a bottle?
60 gummies. The serving is two a day, so a bottle is 30 servings.
How do I use the collagen powder?
Mix two scoops with 8–10 oz of your favourite drink in a shaker or blender. It is chocolate flavoured, so it suits milk, plant milks and coffee.
